Kaiseki meals will be served in your room made by the owner-chef. The owner himself goes to markets every day to buy the best ingredients on the day.
Breakfast comes with a wide variety of Japanese dishes. Our specialty is sea bream Ochazuke.

We are particular about purchasing fresh fish carefully selected by the owner.
Vegetables are sent directly from the production area
and handmade 100% buckwheat noodles change every month. Other than usual Kaiseki meals
we also have a special bamboo kaiseki meal that uses Moso bamboo cut out from
the bamboo grove on the premises.

We use natural groundwater that is directly drawn from the mountains in Hakone.

Every month, our chef changes the Soba noodles like natural yam noodles or ginseng noodles and more depending on the season. For customers who like it, we offer soba noodles at breakfast as a free service. Please tell one of our staff.
