Traditional Japanese cuisine with seasonal ingredients

Kaiseki meals will be served in your room made by the owner-chef. The owner himself goes to markets every day to buy the best ingredients on the day.
Breakfast comes with a wide variety of Japanese dishes. Our specialty is sea bream Ochazuke.

Dinner

Kaiseki cuisine prepared by the owner-chef using plenty of seasonal ingredients.
We are particular about purchasing fresh fish carefully selected by the owner.
Vegetables are sent directly from the production area
and handmade 100% buckwheat noodles change every month. Other than usual Kaiseki meals
we also have a special bamboo kaiseki meal that uses Moso bamboo cut out from
the bamboo grove on the premises.

For dinner, we serve 100% buckwheat noodles made from buckwheat flour from Sorachi, Hokkaido, which is freshly made every morning and does not contain any binder. For customers who like it, we offer soba noodles at breakfast as a free service. Please tell one of our staff.

Kaiseki is a course-style Japanese cuisine. It is a method of eating that has been widely popular as a traditional Japanese ritual or banquet meal in the form of eating one item at a time according to the menu.
